Refunds within 14 days
If you bought credits and changed your mind, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This 14-day window has no extra conditions. You do not need to give a reason, you do not need to have used the service a particular way, and we do not ask you to prove anything. Ask within 14 days and we refund the unused balance of that purchase.
What is refundable: credits you have not used yet. What is not refundable: credit value already spent on generated content, because the content is delivered to you immediately and cannot be taken back. If you spent part of a purchase, we refund the part you have not used. Generations that fail are never charged, so there is nothing to refund for them.
One exception: credits spent on content or activity that breaks our Acceptable use policy may not be refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@jolliment.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us which purchase you mean. If you have the order or invoice number from your Paddle receipt, include it — it makes the refund faster. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, at paddle.net.
All orders are processed by Paddle. Paddle is the seller on record for every purchase, so the money always comes back through Paddle, to the payment method you used.
How long a refund takes
We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Once we approve the refund, Paddle issues it immediately on their side. The money usually appears within 3 to 5 business days, although banks and card issuers sometimes take longer (in some cases up to 10 business days). The timing after Paddle releases the refund is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Jolliment has no subscriptions and no recurring charges. You buy a one-off pack of credits when you want one, and nothing renews by itself. There is no cancellation step and no account to close — if you do not buy again, you are never charged again.
If we ever introduce a recurring plan, we will say so before you buy it and you will be able to cancel it at any time; cancelling would stop future charges and unused credit would still follow this policy.
If we discontinue the service
If we shut the service down, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused balance of your purchased credits.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence — including the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases in the EU and the UK. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, that law applies.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong with a payment, please email us first — we would rather fix it directly, and a refund through us is faster than a dispute filed with your bank.
