Using Jolliment
Jolliment helps you create personal images, stickers, and animations. You may use the service only with content that you have the right to upload and process, or for which you have permission.
Uploaded photos must be yours or used with permission. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it, and that every identifiable person in it has agreed to that photo being uploaded and turned into Jolliment creations — where the person is a child, that agreement comes from a parent or guardian. If you cannot get that permission, do not upload the photo.
Content rules
Do not upload or request content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, extremely violent or graphic, hateful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or intended to facilitate illegal activity. Do not use another person's image without permission, infringe copyright or trademarks, or create misleading representations of real people.
No NSFW content. Jolliment does not allow the generation of sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content.
We may refuse a request, remove a result, limit access, or suspend use when content or activity violates these rules or creates a safety, privacy, copyright, or service-abuse concern.
No impersonation. Do not use Jolliment to impersonate anyone or to misrepresent another person's identity. That includes: face swapping, deepfakes and other misleading synthetic media, recreating a real person's likeness or voice without their explicit consent, using the likeness of a celebrity or public figure, and making content that suggests someone said, did, or agreed to something they did not. Our Acceptable use policy lists every prohibited use, explains how we moderate, and explains how to report content or ask for a takedown; it forms part of these terms.
Generated content
AI-generated results can be unexpected and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before using or sharing them.
Credits and generation
Current credit costs are shown before generation. A failed generation does not create an additional charge: credits are held while a task runs and returned automatically when the service confirms they were not used. Technical retries are limited. A quality report may provide one free animation retry where available; it does not create an unlimited retry right.
Credits are prepaid usage units for Jolliment's AI generation service — not money, not a payment method, and not a stored-value balance.
Credits are for use within Jolliment only: they are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no value outside the service.
Purchases and refunds
Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, and applicable taxes.
Because Creem is the merchant of record, it handles the payment, the invoice, and applicable taxes on our behalf; we never receive your full card details. Package prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Refunds. Generated content is delivered immediately and is not refundable once it has been created. Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email support@jolliment.com from the address you used, and we will refund the unused balance. Generations that fail are never charged, so there is nothing to refund for them.
One exception: credits spent on content or activity that breaks our Acceptable use policy may not be refundable.
If we discontinue the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused balance of purchased credits. Nothing in this section limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Storage and deletion
Cloud results are kept for 24 hours for convenience and then automatically deleted. Original uploads and temporary task files are cleaned up sooner. You can delete an eligible task or your account. Copies already downloaded to your device are not affected by cloud deletion.
Questions and concerns
Use Report a concern in the account menu or on an eligible task to report a safety, copyright, privacy, or other service concern, or email support@jolliment.com. We may review reports and take appropriate action. These terms may be updated when the service or its rules change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are handled by the courts there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may also bring a claim before the courts that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
